ART | Works on PapeR | Ink on Paper

“This series of works forms part of a vast repertoire where I worked with ink and wash on large sheets of paper without any preconceived ideas. I finished with several passages that offered me interest to pursue and there were other passages that I decided to ignore. I started to cut entire sections that triggered off my imagination, and put them in dialogue with other sections, and I started to re-create a new work from the pieces.  I glued the cut-outs once I felt that they worked well together, then added lines and shapes in ink as necessary. A coherent whole was born out of fragmentation”.
